Infra DigiTech®
Hardware · Software · Cloud · One team

Tell us the process. We engineer the whole system.

For twenty-five years Infra DigiTech has manufactured the queues, calling systems and displays that run India's banks, hospitals and factories. Solutions is where that hardware meets our software: the device, the firmware, the RF link, the cloud backend, the mobile app, the AI chatbot and the integration into your CRM, ERP or HIS — designed together, by one team, so nothing is somebody else's problem.

What we specialise in

One stack, eight disciplines

RF communication, token and queue management, calling systems, display systems — and the software, cloud, IoT, AI and analytics these connected systems need. Pick a discipline to see the engineering inside it.

Long-range RF, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and LoRa links engineered for buildings that defeat ordinary wireless — self-healing mesh topologies, repeaters and licence-exempt bands, with the antennas, RF front-ends, firmware and protocols designed in-house in Bengaluru.

  • Sub-GHz long-range RF on the licence-exempt 865–867 MHz band, with FHSS frequency hopping against interference
  • Self-healing mesh and star topologies — every node relays for its neighbours, so one failed unit never silences a ward
  • Bluetooth and BLE device links for handhelds, sensors and pairing-free commissioning
  • Wi-Fi networks the system generates itself, so your IT network carries no traffic and signs no risk
  • Repeaters engineered for basements, thick masonry and multi-block campuses
  • Site RF surveys, link budgets and antenna selection done on your premises, not guessed from a datasheet
  • Real-world proof: emergency buttons that reach the security room even when the building's LAN is down
Solution patterns

The systems we are asked to build

Written as patterns rather than portfolio pieces — each one is a process we can engineer end to end, and adapt to yours.

Banking & NBFC

CRM-connected welcome kiosk

A visitor types their name and phone number on a tab at the entrance. The software looks them up in your CRM over API — a new customer is created right there; an existing one is asked what they came in for — and a token is issued for the right counter, with forwarding between counters. From there the tokens run on the same displays as our queue management system.

Any service counter

AI chatbot before the token

Before taking a token, the customer describes the problem to an AI chatbot. What can be resolved is resolved on the spot, in natural language — a token is generated only when a person is actually needed, so counters see fewer, better-qualified visitors.

Corporate

Meeting-room service tab

A tab in every meeting room takes orders — beverages, food, stationery, IT support. Each request reaches housekeeping or IT as a push notification through webhooks and Firebase, in an app we supply or inside your own app through our SDK, tagged with the room it came from.

Manufacturing

Machine downtime alerts

When a CNC or a line stops, the operator calls it from the machine. Maintenance gets a mobile notification naming the machine and the reason, the production display flags the stop, and the clock on the downtime runs until it is cleared.

Buildings & campuses

Emergency alert routing

An emergency button pressed anywhere in the building reaches the security room in the same second — on the wall display and as a mobile notification — with the location attached, over RF links that do not depend on the building's network being up.

Salons, clinics, service centres

One queue — physical and digital

Customers book a token from a mobile app or your website; walk-ins press the button on the physical dispenser. Both land in the same live queue, called on the same display, in strict order — the cloud software and the printer work simultaneously and stay in sync.

Parking & facilities

Parking guidance & occupancy

A display in the security room shows which floors and which spots are free, live. When a spot opens up, the security team gets a notification — and the same feed can drive entrance displays that tell drivers where to go.

Factories & warehouses

ERP data on the shop floor

Production targets, achieved counts, rates and rejects that already live in your ERP, connected through a cable or the network and shown on our display systems — no retyping, no whiteboard, no lag between the system and the wall.

Yours isn't here? If it involves people queuing, calling, alerting — or a number that belongs on a wall — describe the process and we will design around it.

The manufacturer's advantage

The software is ours. So is the hardware it talks to.

Every solution here can plug into systems we already manufacture — which means one vendor, one service call, and an integration that was designed rather than negotiated. Our nurse calling and queue management systems integrate with the software, tools and platforms your organisation already runs.

The toolbox

Built with the right tool, not the favourite one

We work across almost every mainstream language, framework and cloud — embedded C to LLM APIs, RS-485 to WebSockets. This is the day-to-day core behind the specialisations above.

And much more — from bare-metal microcontroller firmware, PCB design and RF front-ends to REST APIs, OAuth, OTA updates, message queues and LLM integrations. The tool follows the problem, never the other way around.

Before you write to us

The questions every custom project starts with

Ownership, integration, pilots, timelines and support — answered the way we would answer them across a table.

Can your queue management or nurse calling system integrate with our CRM, ERP or HIS?

Yes — that is the point of this page. Our systems integrate over REST and JSON APIs, webhooks in both directions, database connectors and even RS-232/RS-485 serial feeds for legacy software with no API. Typical integrations: a kiosk that looks a customer up in your CRM by phone number and creates the record if new, ERP production data shown live on shop-floor displays, and HIS/EMR feeds alongside the Signavanc nurse call range.

Can the AI chatbot really issue tokens, or does it only answer questions?

Both — it has two jobs. It answers in natural language from your organisation's own approved content, and when the visitor needs in-person assistance it generates the token itself, routed to the correct counter or department, with the conversation attached so staff see what was already asked. It can also book appointments, raise service requests and capture leads into your CRM.

Can virtual tokens from an app or website really share one queue with walk-in paper tokens?

Yes. The cloud token engine and the physical dispenser issue from one token series, so a customer who books from a mobile app or your website and a walk-in who presses the button at the door land in the same live queue, called on the same display, in strict order. If the internet drops, the physical system keeps issuing and re-syncs automatically when the connection returns.

Who owns the source code — and what exactly are we paying for?

The source code and the platforms stay with Infra DigiTech, and that is precisely what keeps your quotation small. Every custom solution is an extended, customised version of products we already manufacture and maintain — you are not paying us to build a queue management system; the platform comes with us. You pay only for the customisation engineered for your process: the CRM integration, the custom flow, the app under your brand. We sign NDAs as a matter of course.

How long does a custom solution take to build?

Shorter than a from-scratch software project, because most solutions assemble platform blocks we already manufacture and maintain — token engines, RF links, displays, apps, the chatbot. A site survey and feasibility assessment comes first and sets the real timeline; the quotation then states delivery for your exact scope rather than a generic estimate.

Can we pilot the solution before committing to a full rollout?

Yes — that is the usual route. After the site survey and feasibility assessment, a working pilot goes live at one branch, ward or line first, measured with the same analytics as the full system, so the rollout decision is made on your own numbers rather than on a brochure.

Where does the data live — cloud or on-premise?

Your choice. Backends deploy on AWS, Google Cloud or Azure, or fully on-premise where data must not leave the building — the usual requirement for banks and hospitals. Our standard queue systems hold no customer data by default, and where a solution does handle personal data, residency is designed in from the start, not patched on.

We are a channel partner, distributor or integrator — can we deliver these solutions to our customers?

Yes, and much of this work reaches the field exactly that way. Channel partners and distributors take our customised solutions to their own vendors and customers, with white-label delivery available so the hardware, the software and the app carry your brand. You bring the customer and the requirement; we bring the platform, the customisation and the manufacturing. The Become a Partner page is where that conversation starts, and OEM & white labelling has a page of its own.

What happens after delivery — who supports it?

The people who built it. Hardware carries our standard 12-month warranty with AMC options beyond it, the cloud side is monitored by us — we usually see a fault before the site does — and spare parts and consumables are stocked for everything we install. One vendor, one service call.

Something else on your mind? It probably has an answer on the main FAQ page — or ask through the form above.
