Safety Statistics Display Board (HSE / HSEW LED Board)

A safety statistics display board (also called a safety display board, HSE / EHS board, digital safety board, safety record board or accident counter board) is an LED board installed at a site gate, plant entrance or HSE office that shows the site's safety record as live numbers — safe man-hours worked, accident-free days, near misses, first aid cases, lost time injuries (LTIs), toolbox talks, inductions and trainings. It replaces painted or chalk safety boards with bright, tamper-proof counters that everyone on site can read.

Any KPI your HSE team reports. The most common rows are Safe Man-hours Worked, Accident-Free Days / Days Without LTI, Total Tool Box Talk Meetings, HSE Induction Attendees, HSE Meetings, HSE Trainings, Near Miss Cases, First Aid Cases, Medical Treatment Cases and LTIs (Lost Time Injuries). Columns are usually Previous Month and Cumulative, or Today / This Month / Project-to-date — the KPI wording, number of rows and columns are built to your format.

Exactly like our other LED display boards: with our IR remote, designed and manufactured in-house, or from the mobile app. The HSE officer enters the figures at month-end (or daily) in a couple of minutes — no PC, no software installation and no cabling back to the office. Figures are stored in non-volatile memory, so they survive power cuts and generator changeovers.

Yes. The accident-free days (days without LTI) counter can increment automatically every midnight from the board's internal clock and be reset from the remote or app when an incident is recorded, so the number is always current without anyone touching it.

Yes. Outdoor versions use high-brightness LED readable in daylight in a weatherproof, IP-rated MS powder-coated cabinet, mounted on the wall, a pole or a stand at the gate or assembly point. Indoor versions suit HSE offices, canteens, control rooms and plant entrances.

Yes. The printed fascia carries your logo, project name, location, project start date, reporting month and the National Safety Day / Safety Week theme. An optional scrolling LED message line can show the safety slogan of the month or site instructions.

Yes. Besides the 7-segment counter board, we build the safety board on P10 LED matrix modules, which show alphanumeric characters as well as numbers. On the P10 version you can change the KPI names, project name, safety slogans and site instructions yourself from the remote or mobile app — static or scrolling — instead of having them printed on the fascia.

Any size. Every safety board is custom-built to the number of KPIs, the reading distance and the wall or gate where it will be installed — from a compact indoor HSE-office panel to a large outdoor display for a project gate or plant façade. Digit heights range from 2 inches for indoor boards up to 12 inches for large outdoor boards; as a rule 4-inch digits read to about 30 metres. Man-hour counters go up to 8 digits (99,999,999), enough for multi-year EPC and infrastructure projects.
