Andon, production displays and industrial time systems
Our first-ever customers were factories: General Electric and Bharat Electronics took our first industrial production displays in 2001, and the Bengaluru-Hosur belt has run on our boards since. A shop floor display is a promise — target versus actual, visible to every operator, updating in real time from the line itself.
Engineered for this sector
Today that means andon boards wired into PLCs over Modbus and RS-485, OEE and takt-time displays feeding from SCADA and MES, countdown timers driving batch cycles, and GPS-synchronised clocks keeping shifts honest across the plant. Industrial enclosures, industrial duty cycles.

Factories & Industrial FAQ
Can andon displays integrate with our PLC or MES?
Yes — Modbus, OPC, RS-485 and Ethernet/TCP integration with PLC, SCADA, MES and ERP systems is standard on our industrial production displays; our in-house software team builds custom connectors where needed.
Do you make custom form factors for shop floors?
Yes — we engineered three-sided and four-sided suspended hanging clocks specifically for Toyota's shop floor, and we routinely build custom digit heights, colours and enclosures to a site's sight lines.
What digit size do we need for our shop floor?
As a rule of thumb: 4-inch digits read to roughly 30 metres, larger floors take 6, 8 or 12-inch digits. Our site survey confirms viewing distances before we quote.
