About this product
A token dispenser is an automated queue-management device that issues physical tokens in high-traffic service areas — banks, hospitals, clinics, government offices, restaurants and service counters — ensuring fair, first-come-first-serve turn calling. One of the first products Infra DigiTech ever built and engineered continuously since 2001, it is known for being exceptionally robust, durable and reliable. It comes in three variants: a push-button dispenser (up to 6 queues via 6 configurable switches), a compact POS variant (up to 2 queues), and a touchscreen kiosk (up to 30 departments — 15 tiles per screen, swipe for more; customizable beyond 100) in table-top or ATM-style floor-standing models. Inside is our in-house thermal printer with auto-cutter (57 mm paper), customizable token print, per-queue token limits and an LCD status display with out-of-paper warning. Works standalone, or integrates later with our full Queue Management System. Rugged MS powder-coated body — designed and manufactured in Bengaluru.

Token Dispenser — FAQs.
How many queues can one token dispenser support?+
It depends on the variant. The push-button dispenser supports up to 6 queues via 6 configurable switches — press a switch and it prints the next token for that queue. The compact POS-printer variant supports up to 2 queues. The touchscreen kiosk variant supports up to 30 queues or departments — 15 clearly visible tiles per screen, swipe for the next 15 — and can be customized to go beyond even 100 queues. Token limits can be set per queue, and the built-in LCD display shows tokens issued per queue with date, time and an out-of-paper warning.
Is the touchscreen kiosk available as a floor-standing model?+
Yes. The touchscreen kiosk comes in both table-top and ATM-style floor-standing models, with a built-in thermal printer and auto-cutter. The floor-standing model suits hospital OPD lobbies, banking halls and government service centers where visitors take their own token from a self-service kiosk.
Can the token print be customized?+
Yes. The printed token — organisation name, queue label, token number, date and time — is customized to your requirement. The dispenser uses an in-house engineered thermal printer with auto-cutter on 57 mm paper for clean, fast token issuance.
Does it work standalone, or do I need a full queue management system?+
It works fully standalone — many banks, clinics and offices run just the dispenser for fair first-come-first-serve token issuance. When you are ready, the same dispenser integrates into our complete Queue Management System with wireless calling units and counter displays, so your investment carries forward instead of being replaced.
How reliable is it?+
The Token Dispenser is one of the first products Infra DigiTech ever built and has been engineered continuously since 2001. It ships in a rugged MS powder-coated metal body and is field-proven across bank branches, hospitals and government counters. For the printer-mechanism warranty to remain valid, use Infra DigiTech-supplied thermal paper rolls — third-party rolls of incorrect specification are the most common cause of jams and print-head wear.
