What is the difference between white labelling and the partner programme?
White labelling (this page) puts our products under your brand — your logo, packaging, manuals and software branding — so your customers see only you. The partner programme is for dealers, distributors and referral partners who sell the same products under the Infra DigiTech name in their region, with our warranty and support behind them. If you want to sell under our brand, apply on the Partner with Us page instead.
Which products can be white-labelled?
Every product line on this page — nurse calling systems, queue management and token systems, token displays and dispensers, call bells, GPS clocks (indoor and outdoor), digital timers, banking and industrial display boards, panic alarms, scoreboards and the rest of the catalogue. Each is already in the field under our name; the same hardware ships under yours.
Do you build custom products, not just white-label existing ones?
Yes, when the product is close to our domain — display systems, calling and alert systems, token and clock systems, and the communication between them and your existing software or equipment. Typical requests: an LED display that reads from an ERP or a PLC, a calling system with a workflow specific to your industry, a token system integrated with your CRM. We design the hardware, write the firmware, build the integration and manufacture it in Bengaluru. We do not take on unrelated embedded electronics contract work, so that every project gets the engineering depth we have built since 2001.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product and the degree of customisation. Branded variants of existing products have low MOQs; fully custom builds are quoted per project. Send the product lines and your expected volume through the form and the MOQ comes back in the first reply.
Do you manufacture for international clients?
Yes. CE-marked product lines, destination-market voltage and language variants, and full export documentation under our Importer-Exporter Code. Shipped from Bengaluru; client identities protected under NDA.
Will you disclose that you manufacture our products?
No. All OEM and white-label engagements are protected by NDA. We never publish client names, and nothing on the product, packaging or software identifies Infra DigiTech unless you want it to.
