Branch displays and queue systems built for Indian banking
We installed the first electronic queue management system in Indian retail banking — at SBI Kumaraswamy Layout in 2004, when single-window banking arrived. Two decades later the same engineering runs token systems, interest-rate boards and forex displays across public and private sector branches.
Engineered for this sector
Branch technology has to satisfy three masters: the customer who wants a short, predictable wait; the branch manager who wants orderly counters; and head office, which wants every branch showing identical, current rates. Our centralised architecture serves all three — one update at head office reaches every branch display in seconds.

BFSI / Banking & Finance FAQ
Can rate boards across all branches be updated from head office?
Yes. One operator at head office updates interest, forex or gold rates and every connected branch display refreshes in seconds. An internet-fed mode can also pull rates directly from market data feeds with no manual entry.
Can the queue system show customers their expected waiting time?
Yes — we engineered this for SBI branches. The system computes the branch's real average time-to-call from actual token intervals and shows the live expected wait on the same LCD token screen.
Do you supply against bank tenders and GeM?
Yes. We are a GeM-registered, MSME-registered, ISO 9001:2015 manufacturer with tender-ready documentation, and we support BoQ-based bids, rate contracts and direct purchase orders.
