Hospital communication and patient-flow systems
Hospitals run on response time. A patient presses a button and a nurse must know instantly; an OPD fills up and the queue must manage itself; an operation theatre needs time discipline down to the second. We have engineered for these moments for 25 years, and our systems run in some of India's most demanding hospitals.

We installed one of the first electronic queue management systems in Indian retail banking — at SBI Kumaraswamy Layout in 2003–2004, when single-window banking arrived. Two decades later the same engineering runs token systems, interest-rate boards and forex displays across public and private sector branches.

A busy food court at lunch hour is a queue management problem wearing an apron. Orders pile up, counters shout numbers, guests hover. Our food counter displays turn that chaos into a calm order-number flow — with voice announcements in English and regional languages, so guests hear their order called even when they are not watching the screen.

Global campuses live in many time zones at once. Our clock walls at IT majors show a trading floor's worth of world time, synchronised over the network so no wall ever argues with a laptop. GPS, NTP and RTC variants cover every environment — from lobbies with sky view to shielded server floors.

Our first-ever customers were factories: General Electric and Bharat Electronics took our first industrial production displays in 2001, and the Bengaluru-Hosur belt has run on our boards since. A shop floor display is a promise — target versus actual, visible to every operator, updating in real time from the line itself.

Our scoreboard story started early: among the first installations were the billiards boards at City Institute and the M. Chinnaswamy Indoor Stadium. Scorekeeping is unforgiving — the whole venue sees every update — so the engineering has to be instant, legible and reliable under lights or full sun.
