Infra DigiTech®
Airports & Transport

Passenger-flow and time systems for airports and transit

Transit infrastructure runs at a scale where queues stop being lines and become crowds. Our queue platform runs federated deployments — multiple token dispensers, dozens of counters, one supervisor dashboard — which is exactly how our installations at Kempegowda International Airport and Passport Seva Kendras are architected.

Why it matters

Engineered for this sector

Time is the other passenger-facing system: GPS-synchronised clocks that never drift, master-slave clock networks distributing one true time across terminals, and world clocks and weather displays for international-facing areas. All of it engineered for 24x7 duty cycles.

Problems we solve
Crowds that overwhelm single-dispenser token systems — solved with federated multi-dispenser architecture
Terminal clocks that disagree with each other — solved with GPS master-slave synchronisation over RS-485
Counters that cannot load-balance at peak — solved with multi-counter calling from a shared queue
Outdoor and kerbside displays in sun and rain — solved with IP-rated, sun-readable builds

Common questions

Airports & Transport FAQ

How does queue management scale to airport-sized crowds?

Through federation: multiple token dispensers and counter groups run under a single supervisor dashboard, each dispenser capped at a practical queue ceiling. This is the architecture behind our Kempegowda International Airport and Passport Seva Kendra deployments.

How do you keep every clock in a terminal showing the same time?

A GPS master clock receives satellite time and distributes it to slave clocks over RS-485, so every display across terminals, gates and offices shows one true time. NTP variants sync over the network where cabling is impractical.

Do your displays survive outdoor transit environments?

Yes — IP54/IP65/IP66-rated enclosures with high-brightness LEDs readable in direct sunlight are available across the clock, weather and display ranges.
