What is an LED countdown timer display?+
A large LED board that shows how much time is left until a set moment — in Days : Hours : Minutes : Seconds, as a clock with a 'days left' message, or as a plain number stepping down to zero. Ours use bright red P10 LED modules in an MS powder-coated cabinet, so the figure is readable across a factory bay, a hall or a sports ground, and they are set from a phone.
How do I set the countdown timer?+
From any phone or tablet. The board broadcasts its own Wi-Fi network; join it, open 192.168.4.1 in the browser, enter the duration and press SET TIMER, then START. STOP pauses with the remaining time still showing, START resumes, RESET returns to the set duration. There is no app to install and no account.
Does it need internet or a connection to our network?+
No. The timer runs on its own internal real-time clock and creates its own Wi-Fi for control. It never joins your company Wi-Fi, needs no internet and no PC, and your IT team is not involved. Once set, it keeps counting with the phone disconnected.
What is the maximum countdown?+
9,999 days on the Days : Hours : Minutes : Seconds model — over 27 years — with hours, minutes and seconds alongside. The number countdown model steps from any set number down to zero, one step per second; 00–99 is standard and wider ranges are built on request.
What sizes are available?+
Two standard boards: 8 inch × 39 inch and 15 inch × 39 inch. Both are built from P10 LED modules, so any other size — a longer row, taller digits, a multi-line board — is built to order. The number countdown timer is a compact cabinet, also available in custom sizes.
Can the text and layout be changed?+
Yes. The labels, wording ('DAYS LEFT', 'DAYS TO AUDIT', a product name), digit size, colour and the arrangement of the lines are configured in firmware we design ourselves. Tell us what the board should show and we build it to that.
Can I run more than one timer?+
Yes. Each timer broadcasts its own Wi-Fi name (for example TIMER_01 and TIMER_02), so two or more boards can run side by side — different courts, different lines, different exam halls — each controlled from a phone.
Is this the same as your OT timer?+
No. The OT Timer is a surgical operation-theatre timer with Total, Anesthesia, Surgery and Tourniquet modes and foot-switch or wireless-remote control. The LED Countdown Timer is the general-purpose countdown display board for factories, events, sports, exams and offices. If you need an operating-theatre timer, the OT Timer page is the right one.
What does an LED countdown timer cost in India?+
It depends on the model, the size and any customisation: a compact number countdown, a standard 8×39 inch Days : Hrs : Min : Sec board and a custom multi-line board are different builds. Send the size you need and what the board should display and we return a quotation within one business day. Available on GeM for government buyers.
Do you install and support it across India?+
Yes. We design and manufacture in Bengaluru and deliver, install and service across India. The timer is plug-and-play — mount it, power it, join its Wi-Fi — so most sites commission it themselves with the user manual; our engineers are a call away if needed.
