Infra DigiTech Pvt Ltd, the Bengaluru manufacturer of LED display boards, nurse calling and queue management systems, today launched the Safety Statistics Display Board — an LED HSE board for construction and EPC sites, factories, refineries and plants that shows the site's safety record as live numbers everyone can read.
Most sites still report their safety record on a painted board or a whiteboard at the gate, rewritten by hand at month-end and easy to leave out of date. The new board replaces it with bright red LED counters for the KPIs an HSE team already reports every month: Safe Man-hours Worked, Accident-Free Days, Tool Box Talk meetings, HSE induction attendees, HSE meetings and trainings, Near Miss cases, First Aid cases and LTIs (Lost Time Injuries), shown side by side as Previous Month and Cumulative.

Like every Infra DigiTech LED display, the board is operated by the company's own IR remote, designed and manufactured in-house, or from its mobile app. The HSE officer keys in the month's figures at the board — no computer, no software and no cable back to the site office. The figures are held in non-volatile memory, so they survive power cuts and generator changeovers, and the accident-free days counter can count up on its own every midnight and reset when an incident is recorded.

The board comes in two versions. The 7-segment version uses large LED counters — up to 8 digits, enough for the man-hours of a multi-year project — with the KPI names, company logo, project name, location, start date and the National Safety Day / Week theme printed on the fascia. The P10 LED version is built from matrix modules that show letters as well as numbers, so the KPI names, project name, safety slogans and site instructions can be changed from the remote or app and shown static or scrolling.
Both are built to order: the number of KPI rows, the columns, the wording and the overall size are set to the site, from a compact panel for an HSE office to a large weatherproof display at a project gate or plant entrance.
