Shimoga, Karnataka — 18 April 2026
Infra DigiTech has completed the deployment of its Advanced Nurse Calling System at Max Hospital, Shimoga — 70 calling units across five nurse stations, now live and in daily clinical use.
The Advanced tier pairs a real-time LCD nurse-station console with bedside and toilet pull-cord calling units, door indicators with Code Blue mode, and centralised reporting. Nursing teams get simultaneous visibility of every bed assigned to a station, with call-forwarding and mobile access to keep response times low across shifts.
The installation was clean, the staff training was thorough, and the system has been dependable from day one. Response times at the nurse stations have noticeably improved.
The Advanced Nurse Calling System is engineered to meet NABH patient-call accreditation requirements and is part of Infra DigiTech's three-tier nurse call range spanning Advanced, Standard and Basic configurations for hospitals of every size.
