Infra DigiTech Pvt Ltd today announced its formal incorporation as a private limited company, carrying forward the 25-year engineering legacy of Digitech (2001) and Digi-Tech Solutions (2017) under a new corporate identity.
Founded by A.N. Venkatesh in Bengaluru in January 2001, the company began as a one-person proprietorship with a simple conviction: that India should design and manufacture its own embedded systems rather than import them. Over two-and-a-half decades it grew into a PAN-India and export-focused manufacturer of digital display systems, healthcare communication systems, queue management, GPS clocks, IoT devices and embedded software.
The incorporation changes the legal structure, not the business. The same founder, the same Banashankari manufacturing facility, the same engineering team and the same product lines continue uninterrupted. All existing warranties, AMC contracts and contact numbers remain unchanged.
The name is new, but the mission is the one we started with in 2001 — engineer world-class electronic systems here in India, at Indian price points, with same-city service. Incorporating as a private limited company simply sets us up to scale that mission.
The company is a second-generation family business, with founder A.N. Venkatesh joined on the board by co-founder and Executive Director Shalini H.S. and Director of Technology & Operations Aniruddh Venkatesh Attignal.
