The standard cover

12 months, from the delivery date

The standard warranty runs for 12 months and starts from the date your product is delivered. It applies across our full range — digital display systems, nurse calling systems, queue and token systems, GPS and world clocks, scoreboards and IoT devices.

Pure software products are the one exception: they are covered under their own terms and conditions, agreed with you at the time of purchase.

What is covered

Included in your warranty

Manufacturing defects

Genuine defects in materials and workmanship on the hardware we manufacture are covered for the full warranty period.

Parts replacement

Warranty cover is on parts. A defective component is repaired or replaced with a genuine Infra DigiTech part at our discretion.

Remote assistance — all customers

Phone and remote diagnostic support is provided to every customer, on every product, throughout the warranty period.

Carry-in / return-to-workshop

Any customer can send the unit to, or drop it at, our Bengaluru workshop for inspection and warranty repair.

On-site support (optional)

On-site service can be added at an additional charge, or bundled into your order at the time of purchase.

Labour — agreed at purchase

Labour charges may be included or excluded depending on the terms agreed at the time of purchase. Please confirm the labour terms with our team when you order.

What is not covered

Outside the warranty

To keep repairs fair for everyone, the following are not covered. Most can be avoided by following the simple conditions below.

  • Physical or accidental damage of any kind.
  • Power surges, lightning, incorrect voltage or use of a wrong / non-supplied adapter.
  • Repair, modification or tampering carried out by a third party or unauthorised technician.
  • Wear and tear caused by rough or improper handling by the user.
  • Paper rolls, and any fault caused by using paper rolls not supplied or subscribed through Infra DigiTech (queue / token systems).
  • Software or API integrations built by an external company — only integrations performed by Infra DigiTech are covered.
  • Malfunction caused by external RF signals, electrical noise or interference disrupting normal operation.
  • Transit damage not reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • UV fading, dust build-up and bird or pest damage on outdoor units, beyond the rated IP protection.
  • Damage arising from dismantling or relocating the system to another site without informing Infra DigiTech.
  • SIM cards, mobile-network coverage and telecom downtime for GSM / SMS alert features.
  • Batteries in wireless units and UPS backup batteries beyond their limited cover, and consumables (cabling, printer media and similar).
  • Cosmetic marks, and damage from fire, flood, pests or other acts of God.
Keep your warranty valid

Six things that protect your cover

Use genuine paper rolls

For queue and token systems, use only paper rolls supplied or subscribed through Infra DigiTech. Third-party rolls can damage the printer and are not covered.

Integrations by Infra DigiTech

Any software or API integration must be carried out by Infra DigiTech. Integrations built by external companies fall outside warranty cover.

Correct power & adapter

Always run the equipment on the specified voltage and the adapter supplied with it. Surges and wrong-adapter damage are not covered.

Keep third parties out

Do not let an unauthorised technician open or repair the unit. Any third-party repair immediately voids the warranty.

Professional installation

Warranty is valid when the system is installed and commissioned by Infra DigiTech or an authorised partner — or, for plug-and-play units, as per our written installation guidelines.

Tell us before relocating

Moving the system to another site? Inform us first. Dismantling or relocating without informing Infra DigiTech voids the warranty.

Making a claim

How to raise a warranty claim

Have your invoice, the product serial number and a photo or short video of the fault ready — it helps us diagnose faster.

1

Raise a request

Open our service request form or message the service line. Keep your invoice and the product serial number handy.

2

We diagnose

Our team validates the fault over a call or remote session and confirms whether it falls under warranty.

3

Repair or replace

Eligible units are repaired or the defective part replaced — remotely, carry-in at our workshop, or on-site where arranged.

Extended warranty & AMC

Extend cover beyond the standard 12 months with an extended warranty or an Annual Maintenance Contract — comprehensive or non-comprehensive.

  • Integrations performed by Infra DigiTech
  • Infra DigiTech-subscribed paper rolls in use
  • Only genuine Infra DigiTech spares fitted
  • Priority response and scheduled preventive visits
Ask about AMC

Spare parts, up to 7 years

We guarantee spare-parts availability for up to 7 years from the date of purchase, so your system stays serviceable well beyond the warranty period.

Out-of-warranty repairs are quoted on a parts-and-labour basis, using genuine components from the same production line.

Export units

Export orders also carry a warranty. Because logistics differ by market, the exact terms depend on the destination location, order quantity (MOQ) and other factors.

We confirm the applicable warranty and service arrangement with you at the time of order.
